The cottage can sleep 4 people plus 1 baby in the cot. There are two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
Babies and children are very welcome in our cottage! Please keep in mind, however, that the interior is not specifically designed for children, so it is not completely child- or baby-proof. A cot with mattress is available. You will need to bring your own bedding and mattress cover. Additionally, a high chair and plastic children's tableware are available. We appreciate it if the interior is treated with care so that everything remains neat and in good condition for the next guests.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed according to the park regulations. As animal lovers, we also find this a pity. However, due to this policy, the home remains allergy-friendly and clean.
Unfortunately, the cottage is not wheelchair accessible due to a step at the entrance. As a result, it is less suitable for guests who are completely dependent on a wheelchair.
No, the garden is not fenced.
Check-in and check-out are contactless via a key box. You can check in from 15:00 and check out until 10:00. You will receive the code for the key box before your arrival.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available and included in the stay. You can find the password in the welcome folder.
You can park your car in the central parking lot at the park entrance. It is a car-free park. On Mondays and Fridays, cottage owners are permitted to enter the park at walking speed; however, this is not possible for guests.
The cottage is located about a 9-minute walk from the Kempenbos bus stop. From the stop, leave the main road and simply walk straight ahead for a short distance until you reach the park. First, you will pass the reception of Summio Parc Duc de Brabant. Continue walking along Krampvenseweg until you have passed the stone cottages. After this, you will see the entrance to Chaletpark Kempenbos.
Bicycles and e-choppers are available for rent at the adjacent Summio Park, ideal for exploring the surroundings in a fun and comfortable way.
The forest cottage is situated in a quiet nature park without the characteristics of a traditional holiday park, meaning there are no on-site facilities. However, you can make use of the facilities of the adjacent Summio Parc Duc de Brabant . This park offers, among other things, a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from early May to mid-September), bicycle rental, and a camping shop. For more details, please visit our facilities page.
