Are dogs or other pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed according to the park rules. As animal lovers, we also find this unfortunate. This policy ensures the cabin remains allergy-friendly and clean, perfect for guests sensitive to pets or who prefer a quiet, odor-free environment. This way, we can keep the cabin in top condition for everyone.

How do check-in and check-out work, and what are the times?
Check-in and check-out are contactless via a key safe. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaning team to prepare the cabin in time for the next guests.

Is the cabin wheelchair accessible?
The cabin is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible due to a step at the entrance. It is therefore not suitable for guests who rely entirely on a wheelchair.

Are babies and children welcome?
Babies and children are warmly welcome in our cabin! Please note that the interior is not specifically childproof. A crib with mattress is available, but we ask you to bring your own bedding and mattress cover. A high chair and plastic children’s tableware are also provided. We appreciate careful use of the interior so everything remains in good condition for future guests. If any accidents occur, such as stains on furniture, please let us know so we can address it together.

Is the garden fenced?
The garden is currently not fenced.

Is the cabin accessible by public transport?
The cabin is about a 9-minute walk from the Kempenbos bus stop. From the stop, leave the main road and walk straight ahead until you reach the park. You will first pass the reception of the adjacent Summio Parc Duc de Brabant, then continue along Krampvenseweg past the stone houses. After that, you will see the entrance to Chaletpark Kempenbos.

Is Wi-Fi available in the cabin?
Wi-Fi is available during your stay, so you can comfortably watch a series or movie or quickly check your emails. The Wi-Fi password can be found in the welcome folder.

What should I bring with me to the cabin?

How can I contact you during my stay?
Check-in is contactless via a key safe, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. During your stay, we are always reachable for questions or assistance. You can easily call or send a message via WhatsApp.

What facilities does the park offer?
The cabin is located on a quiet natural park without traditional holiday park features, so there are no on-site facilities. However, you can use the amenities of the neighboring Summio Parc Duc de Brabant. This park offers a heated outdoor pool (open from early May to mid-September), bike rentals, and a small shop.
